Dustin bought Adtech with two of his closest friends with a dream of building a long-term, sustainable company focused on developing all its employees to their fullest extent. Dustin values relationships over anything. He loves the people he works with and their dedication to continuously building a better work environment. With an understanding that the work is never done, Dustin helps his team evaluate how Adtech can grow as a company. Dustin tries to model what being a learning company looks like and he is grateful every day for something that his teammates teach him. When not at work, Dustin can be found running, reading, playing guitar, and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two kids. Dustin is also a certified yoga instructor and credits a lot of his leadership abilities to his yoga training. Dustin grew up in Columbus, Indiana and went to Indiana University for his undergraduate degree before earning his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Phil loves being able to watch people grow in their jobs, careers, and personal lives. Phil helps set strategy and vision to the Sales Team. He is an avid reader and is passionate about fitness and nutrition. He grew up near Philadelphia and attended St. Joseph’s University and Boston College.

Since joining Adtech in 2015, Erik has been the chief of everything spreadsheets and numbers at Adtech. He builds the metrics and reports the infrastructure to increase visibility into the business. Prior to bringing his talents to the AV industry, Erik worked in several different operating roles across various industries. When not at work, Erik spends his time outdoors with his wife and three children. Erik loves to read, particularly outdoor adventure and history. Erik studied economics at Colby College and then went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Jared believes that the most unique and compelling part of Adtech is their dedication to values and personal growth. Adtech’s core values are meaningful and the company really cares where people are going and not where they currently are. Jared has been crucial in bringing in new products and services that allow systems to work more efficiently together. He works very closely with the engineering team to make sure they have the ability to deliver those products that are strategic and important. When not at work, Jared can be found traveling to new places with his family.Before Adtech, Jared led a national pre-sales team that designed and delivered collaboration solutions. Jared grew up in Boston, MA.

Matt believes that Adtech’s significant growth opportunities and friendly atmosphere set it apart from other companies. Matt’s ability to help drive teams towards a common goal has been instrumental in Adtech’s success. He likes digging into problems, being as hands-on as necessary in resolving them, and watching his team grow through the experience. Matt began his career in the AV industry as a delivery driver, and has held nearly every operational role on his way to becoming Adtech’s Director of Operations. When not at work, Matt enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and camping with his wife and children.

As the leader of Adtech’s People Operations function, Alex does more than process paperwork and phone screens. In fact, he’s horrible at paperwork. And maybe phone screens. His mission is growing Adtech’s team-focusedculture. Alex studied at Bentley University in Waltham, MA before earning his MBA at Boston College.
